Privacy policy

VibeKid is operated by [legal entity name] (“VibeKid”, “we”). This policy explains what information VibeKid collects, why, and the choices you have. Questions? Email hello@vibekid.ai.

What we collect

Children’s privacy

VibeKid is designed so kids can create without sharing personal information: we never ask children for their name, age, address, or email. Makers describe games in their own words, so a child could type personal information into a prompt or a game — please remind them not to, and email us if you find any and we will remove it. Games are public by default. Parents may email hello@vibekid.ai to review or delete a child’s account and its games.

How we use information

To run the service (building and hosting games, signing you in, account recovery), to count plays and ratings, to keep the service safe, and to deliver receipts. We do not sell personal information.

AI processing

The words makers type, and the games they make, are processed by third-party AI providers (for example OpenRouter and Google) to generate games, tag content, and screen comments. Those providers process that data under their own terms. Please don’t put personal information in prompts or games.

Who we share with

Service providers who run parts of VibeKid under contract (hosting, email delivery, Stripe for payments, AI providers as above), and authorities when the law requires it. Nothing else.

Retention, access, and deletion

We keep account and game data while the account exists. Email hello@vibekid.ai to access, correct, or delete your (or your child’s) data; deleting an account removes its games from the site.

Security

We use HTTPS and limit what we collect in the first place, but no system is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been accessed, email us.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage.
